Next dance set for 1/21/12; band already booked
Donation requested by Congregational Church was tabled
Lighting for front of building discussed.  Recessed lights suggested
in overhang at entrance.  Voted to expend not to exceed $200; motion
by Sutherland, 2nd by Newth.  Passed.

Old Business:

Update on PTSD seminar(Newth presenting);  posters are made and ready
for distribution. Also made some handouts to be given to local
doctors' offices to hand out to patients who might be affected.
Auxilliary has offerred to provide the catering for this event.

Sickness and Distress:

Larry Newth reported that his stepson, Jeremy Lester, lost his home,
in Raymond, to a fire.  Everything was lost and his stepson has been 2
weeks already in the burn unit at MMC.  No insurance.  Dance suggested
to raise some money for victim.

Motion made by Cerone, 2nd by Barker to donate $100 to Scotty following surgery.
