Meeting opened at 20:12 by Junior Commander Cecil Barker

Opening ceremonies conducted by Barker and Cerone

6 members present including 5 officers:  Barker, Newth, Sutherland,
Maxfield and Cerone

Adjutant Report given for January; motion to accept by Sutherland,
second by Cerone, passed.

Questions for quartermaster:

     1). Did the pest control get paid in January ($250) as planned?
     2).  Was mortgage paid around the 1st of the month as planned
rather than at mid-month?

Old Business:  None

New Business:

     Dicussed upstairs bathrooms and bat removal.
     District meeting at Post 9328 on 3/18/12 @ 13:00
     Vendor fair discussed.
     New member transfer of Bradley Davis accepted subject to receipt
of the DD 214.
